Build Fix for Microsoft Visual Studio.

D:\a\libsoundio\libsoundio\test\overflow.c(15): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h': No such file or directory [D:\a\libsoundio\libsoundio\build\overflow.vcxproj]

When compiled with MSVC,

  • Replaced posix sleep() with Windows Sleep()
  • Ignore __attribute__()
