No "Open in Vivaldi" in the Chrom Web Store

I was not able to find a "Open in Vivaldi" extension in the Chrome Web Store : https://chromewebstore.google.com/search/open%20in%20vivaldi?hl=en

Why there is no one, even if the extension exists for Opera and Firefox?

Can you please publish it on the Chrome Web Store?
