After Session Timeout, Navigation Bar user name does not refresh

similar issue : rapidftr/tracker#251

the navbar doesnt refresh after session expires . All the tabs are visible at nav bar we have to manually refresh the page .
likewise issue found but no solution. Can some one guide how to achieve proper page logout.

I have already provided the similar issue link.
And same issue was discussed earlier , however closed with work around stating force logout on 401 error response
