2. click on md-option or md-optgroup directive links

What is the expected behavior?

Clicking the link should take the user to https://material.angularjs.org/latest/api/directive/mdOption

What is the current behavior?

Clicking a link takes the user to a 404'ing page like https://material.angularjs.org/api/directive/mdOption

What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?

Reading the docs with invalid links can be confusing
