when opening a package.json file, the package's required node engine versions should display right next to the dependency's name -

This extension contributes the following setting:

• nodeEngines.color: change the text color. Defaults to a light pink. you can change it either in the settings.json file (F1>Open User Settings (JSON))-

or by changing it the user settings' UI (F1>Open Settings (UI)) -
