I'm experiencing something similar with Big Pickle running opencode web from a VS Code terminal (powershell) on Windows 11, using opencode 1.2.10.

This is happening on every message that needs to render some kind of code output for me.

I'm not sure if this is a model issue or a web/desktop app issue but it's quite frustrating:
