"ts-strict-with-react" this test case reports error

Describe the bug

With the latest version v7.3.0, when i run pnpm test, "ts-strict-with-react" reports error.

The bug seems to be caused by this feature.

Reproduction

use the latest version, run pnpm install and pnpm test.(@eslint-react/eslint-plugin >= v2.10.0)
