Translated the README to Bulgarian
Added link to every language In every README.md(readme.md, reamde_cn.md, readme_de.md, readme_it.md etc...)
Manually checked links, visability, structure of the readme_bg.md
Manually compared the readme_bg.md to the original.

Tips:

If you do a prove check, have In mind that, Google Translate translates literally. So, some parts of the text may seem weird. I have done everything on my own, by using phrases understandable by Bulgarians, but cunfusing the translator.
If you do a manual check, you may like to see if all links work.
If you have any questions about the changes, I am always here.

Edited the "maxDuration" from 10 to 30 "maxDuration": 30, so You don't have to worry about anything when merging

I read the readme_bg.md and I can say, the translate is great!
I would be thankful If this get in the translations, because I am not really good at English and I would like to check some things from time to time.
