add what technology used to create the projects at the beginning of each chapters

I started using this book. I am a new programmer. One of the things that I feel would have been good for beginner using this book is that if each chapter's introduction have mentioned the technologies that is used to create that projects. Sometimes it is difficult for beginners to find out what technologies to use for a project.
