There's a change coming in Quarkus 3.30 where Quartz is upgraded to 2.5.1.
This comes with some additional validation on the job store DB column metadata. It doesn't seem to to work properly for PostgreSQL, hence switching to MySQL.
I opened an issue with Quartz about it.
