Update Apache Gluten references after TLP graduation

Description

Apache Gluten has graduated from the Apache Incubator to a Top Level Project (TLP) on February 18, 2026. As part of the graduation, the GitHub repository was renamed:

• Old: https://github.com/apache/incubator-gluten
• New: https://github.com/apache/gluten

While GitHub redirects old URLs, it would be good to update references to use the new canonical URL.

Files to Update

• .github/workflows/gluten.yml update the git clone URL, cache paths such as incubator-gluten/package/target/ and incubator-gluten/.ccache, and directory names like cd incubator-gluten
• integration-tests/kyuubi-gluten-it/pom.xml update the systemPath that points to ../../incubator-gluten/package/target/...
