Erro while searching billing document in apigee monitization page

When I try to get the billing document the endpoint doesnt respond. Although all other features are working fine. Here is the endpoint which is not responding:
POST http://IP:8080/v1/mint/organizations/org-name/search-billing-documents

Hi @RashidAli48 Can you please tell us the steps that we can use to reproduce the issue? Any logs/screenshots will be helpful as well.

Hi,
We are using the on-prem model. On the developer portal when we try to click on Received Bills it gives us an error. So after that when I see in the logs I find that endpoint is not responding from the management server.
This is how we can reproduce it:
