UniqueDeque and RigidDeque links in README leads to non-existent files

The documentation for UniqueDeque and RigidDeque is missing from the Deque Module. Clicking the documentation links in the README file leads to non-existent files.

Expected behavior

Links should navigate to the corresponding documentation.

Actual behavior

404 errors occur.

The impending 1.4.1 tag will hopefully resolve this, by entirely disabling struct Inout (and similar cases) on Swift 6.2 toolchains.

I wrote the relevant commit to fix the package traits on 6.2, but it is likely to resolve the documentation build issues too, by a happy coincidence.

(It would be nice if DocC would not parse/check sources in a different way than the actual compiler, but here we are.)
