Make remote call error handling configurable #932
Description
From #931, consider making logic in ClusterInvocationResultHandler.onThrow configurable. e.g., default remote call error handling can be either throwing GenericRemoteCallError or some "opaque" error. Another idea is to make the list of "allowed" errors configurable as suggested in the original ticket #887.
