Finalize the Central migration #270
Description
#269 has setup the project for the Central portal publishing and I've also migrated the io.github.arainko namespace to Central, but it looks like snapshots are still broken in sbt-sonatype (which is being moved under sbt proper in some capacity? sbt/sbt#8126). Once the snapshot support lands try to finish off the migration.
