[Issue#37] Fix anyval transformers and standardize instance names

Fixes #37

• Value class transformers and transformers for primitives will not collide anymore which should result in nicer error messages in general (the compiler always fellback onto toAnyVal or fromAnyVal)
• standardized instance names with a between prefix and a description of types a given transformer transform between (eg. betweenOptions)
