"embeddedGenerator is not a function" with v4.1.0

I just added the plugin like so: plugins: [ 'typescript-mock-data' ] and got this error when running graphql-codegen:

@sregg I've tried locally and it works for me, so are you able to provide a basic project for reproduction?

I just bumped from 3.7.2 to 4.2.0 and have begun to encounter this issue as well.

3.8.0 is the latest version that does not throw this issue. Can this error message be detailed better in order to help me debug the problem?

@sregg @charlieforward9 If you check the changelog for version 4.0.0, the default generator changed from casual to faker

If you need it to work with casual make sure to set option generateLibrary to casual
