PR run failed: Format Check - Unable to find image 'ghcr.io/jidicula/clang-format:19' locally

I was trying to make sure my maybe defer camera PR #195 , is up to date on the extremely rare possibility that someday it might get reviewed and potentially pulled in.

So I did a sync this morning to the current sources and then rebased the PR branch to the current main branch and pushed it back up to github.

The Format check is now failing:
