Get rid of nef files and convert them to jpeg.

How to use

# Checkout 
git clone https://github.com/arijitvt/getridofnef.git
# Install 
python3 -m pip install 
# Execute 
getridofnef -i <input_dir> -o <outputdir>

Features

1. Automatically multithreads. ThreadCount=# of Cores
2. If the JPEG already exists then it does not convert that.
