Do we need to do this? Can we not just point the LIBRARIES_DIR to this folder?

It's for convenience. I thought it would be easier to point at the libamath directory created here instead of libamath/opt/arm/armpl_24.10_flang-new/lib. Any reason it's a bad idea?

What if the user actually installed the library rather than just unpacking it?
then we could make it a prerequisite?

We had an offline discussion about it. This guide focuses on obtaining libamath, any other use of ArmPL would require license acceptance and this guide isn't covering for that.

we cannot classify this, so we later run into an assertion because we
assume `PT_Ptr` while the value on the stack is of type `classify(long
long)`.
Work around this by only looking at the initializer type in that case.

we cannot classify this, so we later run into an assertion because we
assume `PT_Ptr` while the value on the stack is of type `classify(long
long)`.
Work around this by only looking at the initializer type in that case.

… all redeclarations (#176188) Fix handling of `lifetimebound` attributes on implicit `this` parameters across function redeclarations. Previously, the lifetime analysis would miss `lifetimebound` attributes on implicit `this` parameters if they were only present on certain redeclarations of a method. This could lead to false negatives in the lifetime safety analysis. This change ensures that if any redeclaration of a method has the attribute, it will be properly detected and used in the analysis. I can't seem to work around the crash in the earlier attempt llvm/llvm-project#172146. Reproducer of the original crash: ```cpp struct a { a &b() [[_Clang::__lifetimebound__]]; }; a &a::b() {} ``` This only crashes with `-target i686-w64-mingw32`. `bin/clang++ -c a.cpp` works fine. …'this' from all redeclarations (#176188) Fix handling of `lifetimebound` attributes on implicit `this` parameters across function redeclarations. Previously, the lifetime analysis would miss `lifetimebound` attributes on implicit `this` parameters if they were only present on certain redeclarations of a method. This could lead to false negatives in the lifetime safety analysis. This change ensures that if any redeclaration of a method has the attribute, it will be properly detected and used in the analysis. I can't seem to work around the crash in the earlier attempt llvm/llvm-project#172146. Reproducer of the original crash: ```cpp struct a { a &b() [[_Clang::__lifetimebound__]]; }; a &a::b() {} ``` This only crashes with `-target i686-w64-mingw32`. `bin/clang++ -c a.cpp` works fine.
