The minor \ build versions for CoreFx packages have changed in rc3. Could you update the project.jsons so that it will pick up the rc3 versions. For instance https://github.com/aspnet/Options/blob/dev/src/Microsoft.Extensions.Options/project.json#L29 would change to "System.Linq.Expressions": "4.1.0-*", per the error
