Async tests in Microsoft.AspNet.TestHost.Tests hangs periodically when running on mono #507

These hangs are observed on Mono 4.0.4.

Need to verify these hangs still exist on 4.2.1 where the threadpool implementation was changed: http://www.mono-project.com/docs/about-mono/releases/4.2.1/ once other issues with the new Mono are fixed.
