[FEATURE] Add configurable `batch` option to KafkaBinding

Why do we need this improvement?

Most (Java) frameworks offer support for batch/non-batch consumption of records from Kafka topics OOB.

How will this change help?

Generators can be more precise in generating the right type of code.
