rust-jobsteal results

There is rphmeier/skynet-jobsteal implementation of this kata, which is much better and faster than my own (~5× faster on my laptop).

It would be very cool to see those results in the repo's readme.

I'd rather not fully commit to promoting jobsteal for general use yet -- it's still under a lot of work and I haven't exactly decided where to go with it. That's why I didn't submit skynet-jobsteal as a PR in the beginning. Once jobsteal is more mature (1.0?), I'd be more amenable to having my version added to the main skynet repository.
