Austin Dudzik — Full-stack Developer

Full-Stack Developer & Programmer Analyst with a decade of technical expertise—including 5+ years of professional and indie experience—specializing in React, Node.js, and C# ecosystems. I bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and polished, user-centric frontends for enterprise-scale applications.

At Snap-on, I design and deploy React applications that support a global network of 13,000+ employees and 4,600+ franchisees. I specialize in migrating legacy codebases to modern stacks (React/Next.js/Vite) and building reusable, brand-aligned UI component libraries that streamline development across the organization.

Beyond my enterprise work at Snap-on, I architect and maintain a high-availability homelab featuring Proxmox clusters and Docker orchestration. This private R&D environment allows me to stress-test full-stack solutions and master systems infrastructure in a controlled, high-performance setting.

⚡️ Core Competencies:

  • Enterprise Scale: Developing and maintaining business-critical tools utilized by thousands of international users and vendors.

  • Full-Stack Versatility: Deep experience in React, Node.js, C#, PHP/Laravel, and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

  • AI & Infrastructure: Integrating AI-driven solutions into workflows and managing complex Homelab environments including virtualization (Proxmox), container orchestration (Docker), and network segmentation.

  • Modernization: Proven track record of refactoring legacy systems into high-performance, scalable web applications.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Experienced in working alongside both local and offshore teams to exceed delivery expectations.

🧰 Technical Toolkit:

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind, Vite

  • Backend: Node.js, C# (.NET), PHP, Laravel, RESTful APIs

  • Database & Data: Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, SQLite

  • Infrastructure & AI: Docker, Proxmox, OPNsense, LLM Integration, Git, CI/CD pipelines

🛣️ The Journey:

My obsession with code began at the early age of 14, experimenting with HTML and JavaScript on W3Schools. Since 2016, I have been building and deploying independent applications—a foundation that carried through my formal education and into my career. Whether I’m architecting enterprise software, contributing to open-source, or managing a high-availability homelab, I am driven by the challenge of solving complex problems through clean, efficient code and robust systems.

Let’s connect to talk about full-stack architecture, AI development, or the latest in homelab tech!
