[feature request] Adding a signed URL optionally to a deployment to access any file in S3

When using update frameworks such as swupdate or rauc it needs a URL to fetch the update from when using its streaming or adaptive feature.
It would be nice instead of generating the URL on the the device to get that already in the the environment, or as a variable to use.
