Revised Deployment with updated `RequiresPrivilege` does not restart and update the process owner

NOTE: This is a problem with both lite and classic.

When a user creates a new revision of a component and deploys it with change in RequiresPrivilege then the work directory and the process itself aren't updated accordingly. The deployment is successful but the change isn't applied.

Workaround

Do a deployment that removes the component and onces successful redeploy it to the same device and the changes are then applied on success.
