Q loses access to files in IDE

I've been experiencing this issue multiple times. Q seems to lose access to files in the project, even if I have the file open as my active tab, and all the text is selected. It will get into a conversational loop where it keeps saying it can't see my code.

Toolkit: Amazon Q For JetBrains 3.44-243
OS: Mac OS X 15.1
IDE: JetBrains Rider 243
