Accept parameter files in multiple formats

At present, the utility only accepts the parameter file in the same format as understood by CodePipeline. It would be a useful enhancement for the utility to accept the same format as used by the AWS CLI v2 during the deploy subcommand

Alternatively, the documentation could be enhanced with a jq or python snippet that does the reformatting.
