Add ttl to auto-expire entries in LambdaRedshiftBatches and LambdaRedshiftProcessedFiles

Is it possible to add ttl to auto-expire entires in LambdaRedshiftBatches and LambdaRedshiftProcessedFiles. These tables could get big and auto-expire the entries could be extremely useful.
