Lando - mysql warning for healthcheck step - locally and in GitHub Action #378
Description
Most times (but not all) when starting or rebuilding or starting from new (i.e. GHA), this warning appears and causes the database healthcheck to fail even though it is actually working and the backdrop sites go on to install successfully.

Failed with mysql: [Warning] Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure.
ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown database 'backdrop'
This may be ok but we recommend you run the command below to investigate:
Run lando logs -s database
