Allow providing bee message equivalents that appear during the command operation

Two use cases here:

As a bee contributor
I want to output variables and metadata from command processes in real time
So that if there is a fatal error, I can still get valuable information to inform why it is crashing

As a bee user
I want feedback that tells me what bee is going to do before it does it rather than at the end
So that all the messages are more meaningful.
