Model summary export errors

The model output from az.summary(results) does not display the correct categorical variables. A workaround is to explicitly specify the list of categorical variables, where the first is treated as the reference level, and the remaining categories are indexed starting from 0 to ensure correct summary output.

Hey @RachPatelVIBS thanks for raising the issue. You are referring to categorical variables of the design matrix $X$ correct? Then, how are you specifying the list of categorical variables? I can think of a couple ways to encode and or specify categorical variables and reference levels in Bambi.

If possible, it would be great if you could provide a minimal reproducible example.

I think this is not an issue. The level not displayed is the level being taken as a baseline. The workaround @RachPatelVIBS describes is just one approach to change the baseline.
