Update docs

This PR should be merged after #925.

I include some changes to docstrings to make sure things render correctly. I also added a few dependencies to the docs pixi feature.

Some notes:

• I couldn't re-run all the notebooks. The following are failing:
  • mister_p.ipynb: kernel crash
  • ordinal_regression.ipynb: kernel crash
  • t-test.ipynb: compilation error --> we need to double check how Bambi builds the model. There's a scalar (or length 1 vector) in the model, which is causing some broadcast problem.
• I tweaked some of the CSS to bring a few additional animations, like when hovering on the navbar links or the bambi logo on the top left.
