Cannot download from central.maven.org

When I try to build a simple Scala project it fails with:

WARNING: Download from http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/jacoco/org.jacoco.core/0.7.5.201505241946/org.jacoco.core-0.7.5.201505241946.jar failed: class com.google.devtools.build.lib.bazel.repository.downloader.UnrecoverableHttpException Unknown host: central.maven.org

Seems like there is no central.maven.org anymore!?

Http is no longer supported by maven central. Which instructions are you referring to? I’m pretty sure we updated the readme

I think I used the instructions found in the README. Changed version to 0bb4bcb38359707157b823c2b0e7ad2370c90d8d now and it works.
