Yesterday we merged #544 to add support for different scala versions.
I noticed that the shas I'd added in the README were for Scala 2.11.12 and not 2.12.6, this fixes that.
At the moment if a user copies the example in the README rules_scala will either error or just use the wrong version of scala.
