DropDownButton doesn't scroll

Describe the bug
if DropDownButton items overflow the screen height than scroll not working

After zoom out the page

Confirmed, doesn't work on Desktop too:

(ComboBox work well)

I face this problem when running the application on Windows 7 or 8
