🐛 ToggleSwitch does not respect Fluent in Dark Mode

Describe the bug
The ToggleSwich does not change the color of the knob when switching to dark mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch to dark mode

Expected behavior
The knob of the ToggleSwitch should be dark in dark mode.
