Describe the bug
When moving the focus in a single selection TreeView, the focused item doesn't get selected:
Fluent_UI_Focus_with_arrows

Expected behavior
When moving the focus in a single selection TreeView, the selection moves with the focus. At least this is the behavior TreeView shows in the WinUI 3 Gallery:
