Describe the bug
The ToolTip lingers on for a couple of seconds after moving the mouse pointer away from the wrapped widget:
This is irritating as well as it can lead to overlapping tool tips:
Expected behavior
The tool tip disappears immediatly after the mouse pointer leaves the wrapped widget (WinUI 3 Gallery):
