Added more flyout placement modes:
leftTop,leftCenter,leftBottom,rightTop,rightCenterandrightBottom.leftandrightare now deprecated and default toleftCenterandrightCenter, respectively. Additionally, added thefullplacement mode, which allows the flyout to position itself within the screen.Pre-launch Checklist
