Install TYPO3 #10
Description
It should be possible to install TYPO3 with Lampsible, in the same way that other CMS applications can be installed eg. WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. The positional "action" parameter should accept the value typo3, the CLI application should ask for any missing information (database credentials, admin password, etc.), and it should also be possible to do this via "Python library", eg. the method Lampsible.run()
