This PR is a follow-up from the one opened by @jvfe. First of all, thanks a lot for thanking care of the requirements and making pyp5js more up to date with newer versions of Flask and its dependencies.
Basically the cause of most problems was the new Werkzeug 2.2.2 lib, which is the foundation of flask. Each commit I did represents one problem I faced and how I fixed it.
