Allow this container to be a tailscale exit node on an unraid server

With Tailscale now baked into unraid, It would great to use the VPN already configured in this container as an exit node.

In the same way that containers can route traffic via the privoxy port, can Tailscale devices on the tailnet, use the same privoxy capability?
