Hi again

I have written a few integration tests, using the free iot.eclipse.org mqtt broker, on a secured connection.

Basically it is just ensuring that the client can connect, subscribe and publish. If more should be needed, let me know...

Need to change property to "protected" so that sup-
classes are able to access it, e.g. for testing  if a "will"
is going to be published by a broker.
These tests make use of iot.eclipse.org, using a secure
connection.

Thanks for your work. I have merged your changes and cleaned up and extended the test case a little.
