ical4android and vcard4android have been merged into synctools.
This PR replaces the dependencies accordingly.
@sunkup Can you please also do this for icsx5? Note that synctools now also requests contacts permissions in its Manifest. You can explicitly remove the contacts permissions from the ICSx5 manifest.
