What is the problem this feature will solve?

Out-of-the-box, the current helm chart for bitnami/mariadb-galera doesn't support running on IPv6 clusters. It would be nice to have this support without requiring too much additional customization.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Support an abstraction value to enable IPv6 support (I don't think you could realistically support both IPv4 and IPv6)

What alternatives have you considered?

#17733 (comment) describes the minimum required changes to get IPv6 working.

Thanks for the request. Indeed a feature to support IPv6 has complete sense. Let me create an internal task for the team in order to address this. We will reach you back here once our workload let the team work on this.
