Malformed information message

Describe the bug
When I am on https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/create-account/password and hover over ? it shows the message and some html code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/
2. Click on create account
3. Hover over the ? at generated password
4. See error

Expected behavior
Not see the html code
