Describe the bug
When I click 'create authorization' within the withdraw permission spotlight page it crashes.
To Reproduce
Go to the direct debit page: https://bts.exchange/#/direct-debit
Click 'create authorization' button 2 times.
Expected behavior
Dialog launches without problem.
Additional context
Errors:
ReferenceError: assignment to undeclared variable balance_fee
BindToChainState(t) ReferenceError: assignment to undeclared variable balance_fee
Also ocurring in the light client.
looking on kibana seems the last direct debit create operation 25 was june 5th 2023 so it's likely been broken for almost 2 years now.
