Authentication Error & Image Generation Failure on Playground.bfl.ai

Hi Black Forest Labs Team,

I am using the FLUX Playground at https://playground.bfl.ai/ with an active credit balance.
However, every attempt to generate images results in an authentication error, and images do not generate.

I have already tried:
• Logging out and logging in again
• Clearing browser cache
• Using Incognito mode / different browser

Please help by resetting my image generation authorization on the backend or correcting my account credit linkage so I can generate images normally.

I had free credits before and everything worked.

I've purchased 1000 credits, and afterthat, when I try generate and image in Playground always appear this error missage:

The authentication error you're seeing on playground.bfl.ai is pretty similar to what we hit at Reallytics.ai when our auth tokens weren't properly synced with our Redis cluster - turned out it was a timing issue with our token refresh mechanism. We use a similar auth flow with Flask-JWT-Extended v4.2, and I've seen this exact error when the token expiration isn't handled correctly. You might wanna check if there's a mismatch between your frontend and backend token validation logic. I'd suggest checking the network requests in your browser devtools to see if there's anything fishy going on with the auth headers. We had to implement a custom token blacklisting mechanism to handle cases like this at scale.
